  • Does the GPS personal alarm need a telephone line?

    No, the GPS personal alarm is fully mobile and designed to fit around your life. It uses a multi-network SIM to ensure the GPS device will remain connected as long as there is a mobile network.

  • Do I need to pay for the SIM costs?

    Absolutely not. A multi-network SIM is included in your subscription so you don't need to worry about Pay As You Go mobile costs. A charging unit is also included. There are no hidden costs and the service includes a 12 month equipment warranty.

  • How accurate is the GPS tracking?

    GPS tracking is accurate to around 10 metres and updates approximately every 4 minutes when moving and every 10 minutes when stationary so our team will know where you are calling from.

  • What size is the GPS alarm?

    It is about the size of an electronic car key and can be worn on a belt, as a pendant, a key fob or in a pocket. It is neat, discreet and very easy to use.It measures 60mm x 44mm x 14mm and weighs just 40 grams.

  • How do family members view the location of the GPS device?

    Family members can view the current GPS device location and location history through a secure website. We'll provide these details after you have purchased the GPS personal alarm.

  • Who can use the GPS alarm?

    It can be used by anyone who may need to call for help when they are out and about or at home. It can be used by the fit and active, as well as the elderly and vulnerable. Teenagers and lone workers can also benefit from the GPS personal alarm.

  • Do I need to pay VAT?

    94% of customers do not need to pay VAT on their orders, including installation. If you, or the person who you are purchasing the alarm service for, have a condition that requires regular medication such as arthritis, diabetes, or high blood pressure, or are registered disabled, you may qualify for VAT exemption.   • What happens if I have an emergency and cannot speak through the alarm?

    Even if you're not able to speak, when you press the pendant alarm we’ll always know who you are, and where you’re calling from. This means we can direct support to you very quickly by calling your emergency contacts or the emergency services.

  • What if I change my mind after ordering?

    You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. There are no complicated requirements or hidden charges.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    The cost of delivery is included so there is no extra charge.
