Personal alarms are easy to set-up and use: Simply press the button on the alarm pendant when help is needed, any time of the day or night.
No alarm call goes unanswered and our Emergency Resolution Team will know who is calling and from where, even if they are unable to speak.
The Emergency Resolution Team will talk with them through the alarm equipment to understand what help is needed. The team can help with any emergency, including falls, if they are in distress, feel unwell or have a home emergency.
The Emergency Resolution Team will call nominated contacts, such as a neighbour or family, or the emergency services if medical assistance is needed.
Our customers pay a one-off set-up fee and a subscription for the 24-hour alarm monitoring and resolution service.
