Customers have direct telephone access to qualified nurses and pharmacists. Service users can contact our nurses and speak about any concern, no matter how big or small.

Our nurses specialise in health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and asthma. They can help explain test results and impending treatment and give nutrition advice on recovering from illness.

Our qualified pharmacists are on hand to answer any questions about pills and prescriptions. Our pharmacists advise on queries such as pain management, medication side effects, drug interactions and dosage information.

The total package for 3-in-1 solution for a private payer monitoring arrangement includes:

  • Personal alarm pendant and base unit.
  • Two medical helpline services.***
  • Maintenance and 24/7 monitoring.
