How to cancel your personal alarm
If you would like to cancel a personal alarm because the alarm user has passed away or moved into a care home then you can do so online by clicking here.
If you are cancelling for a reason other than the customer has passed away or moved into a care home, please call Customer Services on freephone 0800 0121 321. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
