Cancelling your personal alarm service
You can use this service to tell us you would like to cancel a personal alarm if the alarm user has passed away or moved into a care home.
If you are cancelling for a reason other than the customer has passed away or moved into a care home, please call Customer Services on freephone 0800 0121 321. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
