24 Hour Monitoring: Emergency Resolution Centres

24 hour personal alarm monitoring

A monitored personal alarm will help an elderly or vulnerable loved one feel safe and secure, knowing they can easily call for help any time of the day or night. Personal alarms support older adults to remain independent for longer and offer peace of mind to family and friends.

Our personal alarms include a pendant alarm that can be worn around the neck or wrist. When the pendant button is pressed, the alarm user is quickly connected to one of our 24 hour UK based Emergency Resolution Centres.

We have three 24-hour Emergency Resolution Centres

Unlike other providers, we do not outsource our staff and we have three UK based Emergency Resolution Centres with expertly trained response teams providing a 24-hour monitoring service. We have specialist Emergency Resolution Centres in Chichester, Exeter and Ashburton so our teams are always available to quickly answer alarm calls.

Alarm users have complete peace of mind knowing that no alarm call goes unresolved. Our response teams are available any time of the day or night and will know who is calling and from where.

The response teams have access to any medical details shared with us when the personal alarm was set-up so they are able to provide a personal response in an emergency.

Staff trained to the highest standards

Our highly trained staff will help resolve any emergency such as falls, medical emergencies, intruders or fires and will immediately notify family members, other emergency contacts or the emergency services if further help is required.

We are accredited by the Telecare Services Association so you can be confident that we will provide the best possible response in an emergency.

We run an Alzheimer's Society Dementia Friends training programme, and our Emergency Resolution Centres have a proven track record of supporting people with dementia.

With an average response time of just 5 seconds, you can feel safe and confident knowing that you can get help fast.
