You will need broadband internet, a telephone landline and a router with a spare network port to use this package. The sensors and smart plug use Wi-Fi to communicate with the hub unit which must be connected to the internet. In addition, the hub must be connected to your router using an ethernet network cable. The alarm unit connects to a telephone landline.
Most of our customers don't need to pay VAT on their personal alarms or elderly monitoring devices if they, or the person they are buying the alarm for, have a condition that requires regular medication or are registered disabled.

With a key safe, there is always a way to get help to your loved one in an emergency.
A key safe is a secure, weatherproof box that allows your loved one to keep a set of keys outside their home.
It can be fitted to any brick built or concrete external wall, outhouse or garage and is designed to hold up to three Yale-type or one deadlock key.
If you order a key safe, please have a spare key ready to store in it.
