Taking Care open new Head Office in Exeter, Devon

With more than 1,000 new customers signing-up each month, Taking Care is growing quickly. To help support our plans, we’ve recently moved to a new Head Office in Exeter, Devon.

The new HQ is a key part of our three-year strategy, as we further develop 24/7 support services such as personal alarms and home-from-hospital care. There’s huge demand as the UK’s ageing population looks for ways to stay independent at home.

The new office means that the business is now running from three locations – Exeter, Ashburton and Chichester. This helps maintain a highly reliable service. Last year we responded to 20,000 active calls from our home alarms. Our highly-trained response team is only ever a touch of a button away, taking pressure off vital public services such as hospitals.

The Head Office location in Exeter was chosen for its competitive talent pool and excellent transport links. The building has been refurbished with new technology and employee wellbeing spaces. It’s currently home to 50 employees, but there are plans to double this.

It’s an exciting time to join us...

We're always looking for ways to make our team stronger and provide a better personal alarm service for the elderly. Take a look at the current vacancies we have on offer to progress your career.
