Terms and Conditions - Recommend a Friend

The following conditions apply to the Taking Care Recommend a Friend offer.

  1. By participating in the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

  2. A £20 credit will be issued to the existing customer making the referral once the new customer's 30-day cooling off period has passed.

  3. The new customer who registers for the Taking Care service will receive a £20 discount on their personal alarm set-up.

  4. No cash alternative will be offered and this promotion shall not be used in conjunction with any other offers or price tariffs.

  5. Existing or previous customers of PPP Taking Care are not eligible to be referred and will not receive a £20 refund if they cancel their agreement and re-apply to become a customer.

  6. Taking Care and AXA staff do not qualify for this promotion.

  7. PPP Taking Care reserves the right to cancel any refund should it discover or reasonably suspect that the terms of the offer are being abused and/or you were ineligible to participate.

  8. Offer only valid in England, Wales and Scotland and excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles.

  9. We can change these terms and conditions or withdraw an offer at any time.
