Trusted by Home Instead
Home Instead trust Taking Care to provide support and assistance when their caregivers cannot be there.

Rebecca Abbott, General Manager at Home Instead Senior Care (Wetherby and North Leeds) explains:
"Home Instead Wetherby have developed a good working relationship with Taking Care. Through the security the personal alarms provide, it gives me and the families great confidence that clients will be safe when the caregivers are not present."
John James, Managing Director of Home Instead Senior Care (Fareham and Gosport), describes the support Taking Care provided to one of their clients:
"We support a husband and wife who both have dementia. The wife had a history of falls and given her and her husband’s dementia, we were having difficultly monitoring and understanding the causes."
"We put in place Taking Care's personal alarm and fall detector and were then able to monitor the times of falls, where they were occurring and why. We reduced the number of falls significantly. A move into residential care for the husband and wife was prevented with healthcare professionals and the family reassured that they were as safe as possible."
"Without that solution the clients could not have remained at home, which everyone agreed was in their best interests."
