We are pleased to inform you that Taking Care has once again achieved full accreditation for our monitoring services under the TSA Quality Standards Framework (QSF), following an annual multi-site corporate audit.

Taking Care are delighted to announce that once again after an annual multi-site corporate audit we have received full accreditation against the TSA Quality Standards Framework (QSF) for our monitoring services. We passed the audit in June 2023 with exceptional results, with the auditor describing Taking Care as “market leader” and “exemplar”.

We are exceptionally proud of the services we provide, and these outstanding results are a true reflection of our commitment across the whole business to consistently deliver high standards of care with our service.

Taking Care is passionate about the role that Technology Enabled Care (TEC) will play in the future of social care, and we understand how it is instrumental in allowing individuals to live independently in their own homes for longer.

At the heart of our organisation are our Emergency Resolution Centres, providing around-the-clock support. They are one of the major reasons why our range of personal alarms offer true peace of mind to many older and vulnerable people and their loved ones. We provide an exemplary level of quality and safety which is why we invest in the best TEC solutions and develop our teams of specialist Emergency Resolution Centre operators to support with that. We are very proud to have received such positive feedback and full QSF accreditation again this year.
