  • When can I expect my order to be delivered?

    Orders for personal alarms (excluding Dementia Locate and Out-and-About Mobile Alarm) received by 1pm, Monday – Friday, are shipped as next working day delivery to all postcodes in England and Wales. For those areas of the UK that we cannot deliver to within 24 hours, we offer a 48 hour delivery instead.

    The Dementia Locate and Out-and-About Mobile Alarm are shipped directly from the UK-based equipment supplier on behalf of Taking Care.

  • Can I arrange a specific delivery time and date?

    If you would like to arrange a specific delivery date then please give us a call on 0800 085 7371 to place you order or to change your order details.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    The cost of delivery is included. We offer free next working day delivery to all postcodes in England and Wales for self-install orders received by 1pm, Monday - Friday. This means you and your family can quickly benefit from the peace of mind that our personal alarm service provides. If you prefer, you can nominate a day for your delivery or pay an additional £4.99 for Saturday delivery. Please give us a call on 0800 085 7310 to arrange. For those areas of the UK that we cannot deliver to within 24 hours, we offer a 48 hour delivery instead.

  • What if change my mind after ordering?

    No problem! You can return your equipment free of charge within 30 days and we will refund the full cost of your order.

    We make the returns process as easy as possible by supplying you with a freepost Royal Mail return collection bag.

  • How do I return my order?

    We hope you are happy with your order, however if you change your mind or want to return your order simply send it back within 30 days and we will refund the full cost.
