Our free next working day delivery in England and Wales means you and your family can quickly benefit from the peace of mind that our personal alarm service provides. For other areas we provide 48-hour delivery.
When you no longer need our personal alarm service, we make it as simple as possible to return your personal alarm by sending you a freepost Royal Mail return collection bag. You can find out more about our returns policy on this page and our full terms and conditions are also available online.
Delivery
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders (excluding Dementia Locate) received by 1pm, Monday – Friday, are shipped as next working day delivery to all postcodes in England and Wales. For those areas of the UK that we cannot deliver to within 24 hours, we offer a 48 hour delivery instead.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard next working day delivery is free to UK addresses. This means you and your family can quickly benefit from the peace of mind that our personal alarm service provides. If you prefer, you can nominate a day for your delivery or pay an additional £4.99 for Saturday delivery. Please call Sales on freephone 0800 085 7310 to arrange this. Lines are open 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
How can I arrange a specific delivery time and date?
If you would like to arrange a specific delivery date then please give us a call on freephone 0800 085 7371 to place your order or to change your order details.
Can I choose where the personal alarm is delivered?
Yes, you can choose the delivery address when you order. This can be the alarm users address or you may prefer your order is delivered to a family member so they can help set up the alarm.
