Your essential guide to staying independent

Following the transfer of ownership of Age UK Personal Alarms and its parent company, Aid-Call Ltd, to AXA PPP healthcare in September 2016, the company name has been changed to Taking Care Limited and registered with Companies House on 3rd April 2017.

The personal alarm service and commitment and support remains unchanged and Taking Care will continue to provide the Age UK Personal Alarm Service.

Age UK Personal Alarm customers can expect the same level of care and service they enjoyed previously and Age UK’s trading arm will continue to be involved for the foreseeable future.

Personal alarm leaflets, brochures and customer communications will gradually be replaced with new versions. In the meantime, customers may still see references to Aid-Call Limited during the transition.

If you have any questions about these changes or the personal alarm service, please call 0800 085 7371, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and we will be happy to help.

You can write to us at Age UK Personal Alarms/Taking Care, Linhay House, Linhay Business Park, Ashburton, TQ13 7UP.
