We have your mobile phone number because you or, someone who you support, uses a TEC device provided through Taking Care, which may include:
- a pendant alarm
- a fall detector
- a GPS alarm
- an epilepsy monitoring device
These devices are designed to help keep people safe, well, and independent at home.
We’re getting in touch to kindly ask for your support with two short surveys about Technology Enabled Care (TEC).
These surveys are part of a Social Return on Investment (SROI) study, which helps us understand the difference TEC makes to both the people who use it and the people who support them.
Service User survey
If you are a direct user of our technologies, then please complete this survey. If you support someone who uses the services, and they would like assistance, we would be very grateful if you could help them to complete their survey.

Support Network survey
If you support someone who uses our technology solutions, please complete this survey.
Your perspective as someone who supports them day-to-day is incredibly valuable.
