Why this award is so important

Technology enabled care, such as personal alarms, are crucial to millions of vulnerable and older adults across the world as it allows people to live and maintain a quality and fulfilling lifestyle. As the majority of people that use devices such as personal alarms will be older adults or those classed as vulnerable, it is important to know that the businesses they are relying on deliver outstanding services to their customers.

This award comes after what has been a particularly challenging year, especially for vulnerable and older adults. Taking Care’s 24/7 Emergency Response has remained unaffected throughout the pandemic, ensuring their customers have a much-needed lifeline at a time when they need it most.

It goes without saying that this is a fantastic achievement for Taking Care and is a true reflection of all of their hard work and driven determination paying off.
