No alarm call goes unanswered and the Emergency Resolution Team will know who you are and your location, even if you are unable to speak.

The Emergency Resolution Team will talk to you through the alarm equipment to understand what help you need. They can help with any emergency, including falls, if you are in distress, feel unwell or have a home emergency.

The Emergency Resolution Team will call your nominated contacts, such as a neighbour or family, or the emergency services if you need medical assistance.
