    We can offer you support and information to put your mind at rest whenever you have a concern about your health or wellbeing. Our nurses are happy to talk with you about any health worries you may have, no matter how big or small.

    We can also help you understand how and why you should take medication you have been prescribed. You can speak to one of our pharmacists who are on hand to answer your questions and explain more about your pills and prescriptions.

  • Who will I speak to when I contact the medical telephone helpline?

    Our qualified nurses will speak to you about your health concerns. You can speak to one of our pharmacists about your pills and prescriptions.

  • When is the medical telephone helpline open?

    Our nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our pharmacists are available Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday and Bank Holidays 8am - 4pm and Sunday 8am - 12pm.

  • Is the medical telephone helpline confidential?

    Absolutely. Rest assured every call is in complete confidence.

  • Does the medical telephone helpline have access to my medical records?

    No. They will ask you about your health and any other information they need to know before offering support or information.
